As strange as it is, Ra-Bear enjoyed watching wrestling, listening to music being recorded. He had this thing for Hulk Hogan ..... We watched on last time together last night.

Ra-Bear was a temple cat; he knew the proper meditation poses while I was doing Tai Chi exercises, he would become a statue for the entire exercise. Ra-Bear understood the power of naps .... dragging you slowly in a trance with his blue eyes into a deep sleep.....

Ra-Bear was so much more than a pet; he was a friend, A best friend. I will always remember.

my Scientific observations:

The environmentalists and some scientists are huffing and puffing about Polar Bears being threatened and argue that they should be on the protected list.

Why suddenly are these people so against evolution ?

Somewhere during the mid-Pleistocene period, a number of grizzly bears (Ursos arctos) became isolated by glaciers. Many probably perished on the ice; however, not all disappeared, some survived. Every grizzly litter varies in coat thickness, coat color etc., which imparts a slight evolutionary advantage to some individuals of each litter. These successful individuals underwent a series of evolutionary changes in order to survive (survival of the fittest). Noways, polar bears are adapted to their harsh northern environment.

Today, we find that the grizzly and polar bears are coming full circle. Yes, the Kodiak and Polar bears are getting it done !

MLK Aniversary BECK vs SHARPTON

I watched both CSPAN coverage of the events …..

Beck focused on a positive message, while Sharpton threw together a rally filled with name calling and vitriol aimed at Beck.

I remember MLK’s speech “I have a Dream” ….. it was about unity, not skin color.

Beck was inline with MLK’s ideals.

Sharpton’s speech was about Hate… & how to perpetuate Racism

It is because of people in the likes of Sharpton that hatred & racism is perpetuated

The problem with technology isn't technology itself, it's the people who use it.
Anything that can't be accomplished with our own body involves & require technology at some degree . It's an augmentation of the human body's capacities. It can be a knife, a car, a rocket and anything in between.

We can't kill yourself running as fast as we can into a solid wall of rock, yet, at 60 Mph with a little help form technology, death appears mostly certain.

So, why blame technology when something goes wrong and praise humanity when some goes right? Biased a bit if you ask me..... Yes, Technology will go wrong; it's destined.

Yet, in the end, Technology will do more good than bad.

Gregory Nojeim, senior counsel for the Center for Democracy and Technology, said his group had urged that the task of ensuring cybersecurity be given to the Department of Homeland Security, not the National Security Agency / NSA.

The cybersecurity chief named to battle Internet viruses and larger challenges facing the information technology networks, used by U.S. companies and DOD, should be based in the White House, experts told a congressional panel on Friday. The NSA, he argued, was ill-suited for the job of ensuring that the lightly regulated Internet was kept up and running. "I think it's a very difficult thing for them to handle," he said.

It's been known for many years that the Democrats have feared the NSA so much that, should this agency be dismantled, it would be perceived as a blessing to all democrats in all branches of government. Remember the wiretaps that kept us safe for so many years were fought by the democrat controlled congress and stopped.

Surely the NSA has plenty of computing power and extraordinary experience and people ready to deal with hackers.

It seems to me that every democratic congress has worked toward limiting the NSA's abilities to perform the very tasks for which they were created by President Truman in 1952.

Since it appears that, under the new administration, every aspect of government must be controlled - at the WhiteHouse - under Obama's own eye, I see our civil liberties and security rapidly eroding, day by day, slowly morphing the United States of America into a Socialist state.

1- Be more of a President and less of a Hollywood Star
2- Enact a 0% income tax for 1 year to all taxpayers and a lifetime No taxes for Seniors with less than $500K/Year combined income
3- Let the car industry restructure itself without bailout money
4- Let the bank industry restructure itself without bailout money
5- Tap US natural resources now and begin new resources development
6- Fire all lobbyists immediately in all 3 executive branches
7- Stop blaming other people for current situation and take responsibility
8- Restart all US manufacturing now, electronics, metallurgy, textile, agriculture
9- Suspend all unions contracts -no exceptions- for 2 years
10- Every spent dollar should go toward creating a permanent job, *not a temporary job*
11- Stop the blaming game and take responsibility for current situation.
12- Please get rid of the teleprompters and speak with your heart

If Obama can only do these 12 steps he will honor his campaign promises.

Obama has potential to be a great president if he can show the courage to rid his administration of all the blood suckers, the lobbyists, interest groups, and all the others that want to be popular.

Being President of the United States of America is not a popularity contest; you swore to uphold the Constitution, so, please live-up to it.

Keep America a democracy where Freedom and Civil Liberty is still treasured, and still has a meaning across this planet earth; renounce Socialism and be a strong leader; America does not want an other apology tour!

Then, only then, you, President Obama, will be remembered as a great president that save the day.

Obama said he does not want to socialize the banking system yet he demanded the banks to convert the TARP loans from preferred stock to common stock. This is a hostile take-over in progress.

Obama said he wants the USA to be energy independent... Nice ! So, why did he reverse the offshore drilling and the oil shale policies and permits 3 days ago. So, as of today we are still giving away $800 Billions a year to the Middle-East for oil ! Outsourcing anyone... !

Obama promised no PORK in the budget .... yet the new $510 Billions budget that was approved last week has 8,764 earmarks.

As of today Obama is copiously spending $100 Billions a day since he took office. I remember a Senator Obama bitching and raising hell on The President Bush 1.2 Trillion budget 8 months ago.... Obama just proposed a 3.5 Trillion Budget for 2009

What really get me is that Obama will deliver a beautiful hypnotic speech then turn around and does the exact opposite of what he preached.

So , in a certain wicked, twisted sort of way, Obama thrives on biting-off the hands of the very people that fed him the white house.

So, as far as I am concerned, in my books, Obama is the "Serpent with the Golden Tongue" !
